by TheInvoker, 2 months agoGreat extension for youtube. it has almost all i want and i can say i has everything i need the most.
I recently found a bug, at least for me. "hide profile picture" doesn't work in Homepage anymore, and only on Firefox. Please check it and tell me if it's true or if i have to check other things on my firefox

posted 2 months agoThis is due to a recent YT update. The newest version should be available soon (currently awaiting approval), which fixes this and other issues and comes with a new option to force your preferred video quality. Thanks for the 5 stars :)

One thing I'd love to see is a way to make theater mode on by default when opening a video. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 18989911, 14 hours ago
- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 17756326, a day agoworks great, but recently there has been a clipping issue on the home page, where videos on the right hand side are cut off by a small margin making the drop down menu (:...) to add to playlists or hide videos becomes a little more difficult...turning off the extension fixes it...also have the items per row setting in video grid turned off....
Edit- found the setting responsible...enabling 'fix misaligned videos' in the video grid section or 'dim watched videos' on the homepage section seems to trigger the issue...Developer response
posted a day agoCan you find which setting is causing it by disabling one by one? Write to my email if possible (pedro.sou@icloud.com). Thanks. - Rated 5 out of 5by Ernie, 2 days agoWhat a great extension (the best there is) and thank you so much for repairing the Theater Mode issue.
- Rated 3 out of 5by iBoonie, 2 days agoGreat replacement for Enhancer.
One bug, when you hide live/past broadcasts, it will leave gaps in the grid.
Also since its MIT, why not host on github so people can contribute?Developer response
posted 2 days ago1. Yes, that can happen. That's because the option just hides them, it does not replace them with normal videos (not possible to do, unfortunately).
2. No particular reason, I might do that in the future. - Rated 5 out of 5by NXH, 2 days agoBetter than YT Enhancer & YT Search Fixer combined!🥳
Hope you find a fix for hiding Clip/Thanks/Share buttons soon because that doesn't work right now (they simply get pushed into the (...) menu next to the like/dislike buttons instead)Developer response
posted 2 days agoNext version will fix this. Thanks for letting me know. They changed their icons recently, which caused those options to stop working. - Rated 4 out of 5by Shouphanya, 2 days agoI've always liked YouTube tweaks. Recently, however, I've had the problem that when I'm in theater mode, the video is no longer contained within the screen but continues below it. Since I have the pop-out feature enabled for when I scroll down a bit, this is doubly annoying. This has probably been happening since the last update, so for about a week.
Also, what I've also noticed is that when I go to a channel and click on shorts (which I have hidden, no idea why it's still displayed), everything bugs out. The page has to be reloaded.

Cant send links with a video and image...
Is there a way to contact u? Or a github page?Developer response
posted 2 days agoAre you using the 'Theater mode: Player height' feature? YouTube made an update recently that broke it, but I think I fixed it in latest version (2025.11.12), can you update the extension and confirm?
About second issue, are you talking about the channel banner flickering? If so, it's a long-time YouTube bug. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 17041911, 3 days agoGood extension. Sadly the theater mode height broke yesterday for me, hopefully can be fixed soon! It goes down lower than it should and the % doesn't seem to change anything anymore.

- Rated 5 out of 5by fuck google, 7 days agoshitty pointless youtube update completely broke theater mode, I hope the option to change the height can be fixed soon. Other than that this extension is amazing and fixes a lot of their extremely stupid design choices.

- Rated 5 out of 5by oBdurate, 10 days agoWas looking for a replacement for Enhancer for YouTube (now that the new UI partially broke it) and this is the best one I found! A few features it could borrow that would further improve my experience:
- Auto expand into theater mode
- Auto pause background tabs with videos playing when a video starts playing in a new tab
- Universal auto pause when opening video
- Boost volume toggle UI button - Rated 5 out of 5by Joy Cuspide, 10 days ago

- Rated 5 out of 5by CHRIS, 17 days agoIs there a way to disable "Ambient Mode" and "Annotations" on the watch page? That would be a great addition. Love this extension!

- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 19528216, a month agoLatest version broke some options at least for me. I can't enable or disable Sticky player, Video focus and Always show progress bar anymore. It reverts back to the option you had in the previous version before the update. To be more specific if you had one of these options enabled you can't disable it anymore and vice versa. I reverted back to the previous version and now works fine
