by Napt, a year agoI purchased the premium options as I believe is worth it. However I have to say it was a bit confusing how to redeem the license, if you go to the settings of the extension through the extension icon on the bar you won't be able to redeem it, as the license field there is just to displayed it, you have to make display the extension on the left side of the browser and then from there redeem it in the settings of the app. Because was so confusing the process I give them only 4 starts.

- Rated 2 out of 5by boxfreind, 6 hours agoSo I purchased the premium license in order to use the feature to download a YT video as an MP3. Worked for a couple of weeks, now it won't even download videos. What did I pay for?

VDH is perfect, but some websites encode files that cannot be downloaded.
VDH thrives in your Extensions. Go to a website. VDH sees a downloadable file. VDH icon changes from black and white to color to let you know. Click on VDH and it will give you the options of which files (stream, resolution, kbps) to download.
VDH downloads almost every video or audio you find. VERY infrequently someone will have a file that VDH cannot download, but, so far, it's approx 99.99% successful. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 18754391, 19 hours ago

- Rated 1 out of 5by Nyrius, 3 days agoWas a good add-on. Is now paid software that burns an opaque watermark into your download and requires 20 Euros to remove. It tells you this after downloading the videos. yt-dlp exists BTW...
- Rated 1 out of 5by Brannock, 3 days agoIt's a paid program now, a watermark is integrated on YouTube video to sell a 20€ licence.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13404543, 3 days agoStill says "Your download is done" when what it means is "I downloaded part of your file and then gave up." Gave it a couple years of updates and thought trying again would prove more fruitful, but I was wrong. Still the same barely functional addon.
