About this extension
Don't you wish you could put long tweets behind a cut tag like we used to do on Live Journal (or currently do on Mastodon?)

This extension, for twitter.com and tweetdeck.twitter.com will trim long tweets so you can click to expand them.

This is still under development, and may not work with some long tweets, but will be improved.

The source for this extension is at https://github.com/emceeaich/twitter-cut-tags
Developer comments
This is a rough version, and while it will put long tweets behind a cut, more work is needed to keep it from cutting tweets in a detail popover and blocking the default click event on cut tweets.
