Pros: it's discreet, and it won't take up a slot on your add-on bars, or pop-un an icon every single time you highlight something.
Cons: only one customizable translation setting. I'd have liked to have at least two or three. No inline translation, you always need to open a new tab.

Also, we should be able to make more than one menu link, not having to go into the settings every time you want to change languages if you got two you'd want to switch between often, like English to Chinese, or Chinese to English, English to Japanese, Japanese to English, etc.
- by Ritornell, 5 years agoRated 3 out of 5I can only second what was already mentioned, it might have been a much better idea to just make use of Translate's auto-detection. This is what many, if not most people will (have to) resort to in the next step anyway.
At this point I guess it's really only useful (and probably thought) for those chiefly translating between a single language pair.
