Fix to v1.0.10 - bad default value of a new configuration option, which had not been set yet, resulted in it not always working properly.

Added a few options for skipping over tabs when scrolling through. This was requested by a couple of users, to avoid scrolling on to tabs that you can't then scroll away from. These include skipping pages that aren't yet fully loaded (e.g. from a slow web server), 'discarded' tabs (e.g. when you restore a tab session, but haven't yet used a tab for the first time, or manually unloaded (with an extension)), or skip by url (add address of pages that can be scrolled, such as 'about:config'). Skip by url requires the optional 'tabs' permission.

Add an option to rate-limit tab scrolling, in case your mouse generates multiple scroll events in rapid succession.

Added the option to also use keyboard modifiers (ctrl/shift/alt/meta) with (or instead) of the right mouse button. Note pages that capture these key presses could potentially interfere.

Fix for not scrolling to hidden tabs.

Added support for OSX/macOS (workaround for lack of button info while scrolling).

Fixed issue with options not saving correctly.

Support for Linux and OSX - requires Firefox v59 due to a new Firefox setting (v58, the current beta, is likely to be supported by the time it is released as well).
Requires browerSettings permission to enable the new option for Linux/OSX support.
