Extension Metadata
About this extension
Analyze your AWS CloudWatch logs instantly — no data ever leaves your browser.
smplogs adds a floating "Analyze with smplogs" button to CloudWatch Log Events and Logs Insights pages. Click it, and your logs are extracted from the page and analyzed client-side using a WebAssembly engine. No copy-pasting, no file exports, no server uploads.
What you get:
• Deep analysis of Lambda, ECS, API Gateway, and other AWS service logs
• Automatic error detection, pattern clustering, and anomaly identification
• Cold start analysis, memory/duration trends, and risk scoring
• Correlations across request IDs and log streams
How it works:
Navigate to CloudWatch Log Events or Logs Insights
Run a query or wait for logs to load
Click "Analyze with smplogs"
View your analysis on smplogs.com
Privacy first:
Your logs are processed entirely in-browser using WebAssembly. Raw log data is never sent to any server. The extension only accesses CloudWatch pages on console.aws.amazon.com and smplogs.com.
Requires a free smplogs account. Free plan includes 3 analyses per day.
