It's restricted to certain free features. To use these free services you have to install this add-on which allegedly pilfers your personal and "non-personal" data. I'm not a Chinese seller on Amazon that resells generic OEM products under random gibberish English letters brand. I'm just a good boy consumer that buys said random gibberish English letters branded crap off of amazon so I'm not the target audience for this type of add-on.
