Saves tabs into a timestamped bookmark folder for later use

Usage:

click the toolbar icon or use the shortcut (CTRL+ALT+S, can be changed/customized)
the timestamped bookmark folder will be added inside of the "Other Bookmarks" Folder

Note: (How to only save selected tabs)

Notes:

Permissions:
- "menus, add a right click context menu entry
- "tabs, access tab urls
- "bookmarks, create bookmark folder & bookmarks
- "storage, store bookmark folder name
- "notification, show a notification on save
This add-on tries to use the minimal number of required permissions to successfully fullfill its intended purpose.
