LeetCode Auto Tracker automatically detects when you submit a solution on LeetCode (and NeetCode) and saves a local history of your submissions.

What it tracks (locally): problem slug/title, difficulty, language, timestamp, and your submitted code.
Export: generate a leetcode-tracker.md file anytime (or automatically after each submission).
Privacy: no accounts, no tracking, no external servers — everything stays in your browser and exports only to a local file download.
