- Rated 2 out of 5by Anh, 4 years agoThe feature I wanted to use the most, the ruler, when enabled would make the web page freeze & I cannot scroll down to read the rest of the article. There should be an option to set multuple rulers in different colours, and more option for heights as well as widths, and options to set the rulers at fixed positions on screen that can be saved & enabled at 1 click. Dyslexia/dyspraxia/dysgraphia & other developmental disabilities manifest differently in different people. I don't mind paying because I really need aid reading, but I don't use all the other features & the one that I really need doesn't work very well. It's a pity.

posted 4 years agoHi Anh,
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, and I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with the ruler feature. Your insights are incredibly valuable, and we've taken them to heart.
Since your review four years ago, we've completely rebuilt our features, including the ruler, which now operates smoothly without causing any freezing or scrolling issues. We're also excited to tell you that we've implemented your suggestions: the rulers are now available in multiple colors, with adjustable heights and widths, and can be set at fixed positions on your screen. These enhancements are designed to cater to the diverse needs of our users with developmental disabilities.
What's more, the ruler feature is now free! We understand the importance of having reliable tools to aid in reading, and we're committed to making Helperbird as accessible and effective as possible for everyone.
Please feel free to revisit Helperbird and explore the improved ruler feature. We hope it meets your needs this time around. And if you have any more suggestions or need assistance, don't hesitate to reach out at support@helperbird.com. Your feedback is crucial in helping us improve.
