Visualize Go code step-by-step.

Adds an "Open in GoTutor" button to Go learning websites, letting you visualize any Go code example step-by-step using https://gotutor.dev/.

Supported sites:
- Go by Example (gobyexample.com) — a button appears next to the Run/Copy icons on each code example
- Go Tour (go.dev/tour) — a button appears next to the Run button in the code editor
Clicking the button opens the code in GoTutor, an online Go debugger and visualizer that shows the state of all running goroutines, stack frames, and
variables at each step of execution. It's a great way to understand how Go code actually works under the hood.
