Doesn't work any more. Just says 0mb downloaded after pretending to download the file each time.

It does work, but there seems to be a limit on how many videos you can download a day. Also the size of the video downloaded may be a factor. Beyond that you get "network error" indications and aren't able to download any more videos. I downloaded 2 yesterday and 1 today and wasn't able to download any more both times...

I installed it but it doesn't work. Tried to d/l 1090p but it doesn't move at all. It says network error but my network is fine.

What user who're having problems, there is a procedure you'll have to follow:
1) www.yourvideofile.org/support.html
2) Click on "Get Temporary Fix"
3) Follow the instructions and you should be good to go.
