- Rated 1 out of 5by Anonymous, 3 days agoI use the pay version(i hasitated) and it's complete trash. Slow downloads plus you need to wait for them to even start. Also you have to keep tab open and have to click confirm at random times. Button doesn't work after clicking it multiple times only after x times. DONT BUY! Used to be good i donated before(and i knew he go full greed, never donate these sc******), but this one went full greed without providing service at the same time...............
Edit: One longer video doesn't even go to download it says "Transcoding streams, this process will take time - be patient..." for half hour. - Rated 5 out of 5by Polo, 3 days ago
- Rated 5 out of 5by rsbrux, 3 days agoBrilliant, well-maintained add-in! Dishita has managed to keep it working through many changes to YouTube.
I find it very useful for downloading exercise routines and music videos for playback offline.
I have contributed to its maintenance and urge other users to do likewise. A particular benefit of contributing is that I can download the audio tracks of music videos to listen to in the car or in the shower. I sing in a pop choir, and we often sing arrangements for which the publisher or other choirs have posted recordings online. It is a great help to listen to recordings of the arrangements we are singing. - Rated 1 out of 5by Royal_Cabbage, 5 days agocan't download anything without needing to pay a monthly subscription.
- Rated 3 out of 5by dragonkeyper, 5 days agoWorks, but subtracted a star for a weird issue I had and can't replicate. Yesterday I could not get this to work , re-started browser, rebooted PC, cleared cache etc app refused to work. Today it works flawlessly. Maybe you have to wait a few hours before using the pro features after upgrading?

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 12524071, 7 days agoDoesn't work anymore. On trying to download *anything* it says 1080p quality videos require more infrastructure and thus limited to Pro users, and doesn't download any of the many given options.
- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 18575836, 7 days agoI've been using this Add-on for years. Simple, easy to use, and does what it says. Recently, YouTube has changed its technical specs that made HD videos no longer possible to direct download for ANY add-on. This add-on allows for a 1-time donation (I gave $10), and the extra infrastructure needed to support HD downloads is then supported by the developer. Works perfectly, easy to donate/input the registration code. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
- Rated 1 out of 5by WonderGamer, 8 days agoAdd-on is really only dependable if you are paying into it. You might get lucky & somebody who is paying already downloaded something sortly before, which will give you the option to download it if you aren't paying, but it's pretty much useless otherwise. Re-recording the video through video recording software & editing out ads is more dependable than using this add-on...

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18572119, 10 days agorequires payment for anything except 360p and does not work for unlisted or member's only videos
- Rated 1 out of 5by JolanXBL, 10 days agoAlways gives a BS excuse about requiring a 'powerful server infrastructure', basically a paywall. Instead, just add 'pp' after youtube into the address bar (youtubePP) and skip this ext.
"Converting these streams to downloadable formats for you needs powerful server infrastructure, therefore 1080p/mp3 downloading has been limited to PRO users"
