About this extension

DataAnonymiser redacts personal and confidential information from text before you paste it into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or webmail. Select text and click Anonymize, or get a live warning as you type in supported AI chats and webmail. Everything runs on-device via the local DataAnonymiser desktop app, nothing is ever uploaded. Requires the DataAnonymiser desktop app (macOS, Windows, Linux) to be installed, running, and paired.
