Release notes for 1.2.0

- Refresh the blocked page when toggling the blocker off.
- When opening the popup with the blocker off, show if the current website is already blocked.
- Removed the distinction between blocked domains and blocked pages to avoid confusion.
- Add a link to the options page at the bottom of the blocked page.
- Blocker now works correctly with SPAs (Single Page Applications).
- Small tweaks and UI improvements.
