When you right click on a Link you'll see new option in the context menu - "Download with aria2". That button sends the link to your Aria2 RPC server that downloads the content.
About this extension
Requirements: Aria2
That extension doesn't start the Aria2 RPC server by itself, it expects that you already have the server running with these flags: --enable-rpc --rpc-allow-origin-all -D
