- Rated 4 out of 5by K-Bone, 5 years agoLove the add on, would love for this to support BetterTwitchTV add on as well.
EDIT: Like SPF before me, for some reason this extension will load the stream player itself but won't load the chat in Firefox. But I did notice that with this extension, chat loads without a problem in a Firefox fork like Comodo IceDragon. - Rated 4 out of 5by Akatsuki, 5 years agoIt's pretty great, just set it up by yourself, it's more advanced then the default one of course.
But how to play archived streams? I tried adding this after ext. adress -> "player.html?videos=421388813" but of course that didn't help. Any way how to play archives? - Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 13192761, 6 years ago
- Rated 4 out of 5by Yuio, 6 years agoIt's great for live videos but I wish it could work on VODs as well.
- Rated 4 out of 5by FelixWang, 6 years agoWill this exrtntion support low lentacy?
Minuum lentacy is about 6s for now. - Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 13921546, 6 years agoIt works pretty well. There is more of a delay with streams but, it's well worth it to not see the same stupid ad again & again. I'm sure there's room for improvement but, I'm liking it.
- Rated 4 out of 5by NeroXAlias5, 6 years agoIt's working perfectly for streaming only, but NOT for the twitch video... even whit a 1gb fiber keep buffering every 10 sec
- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 14346382, 6 years agoLove the addon, kills forced ads. If only the chat window worked... tried reinstalling but still the same problem, white chat window and nothing else...
- Rated 4 out of 5by Alex de Lima, 6 years agoVery good player for when the streamer is broadcasting online.
I just have one problem, is there a way to activate the player when I just want to watch an video already stored on Twitch?
it only shows as the default one which is heavy and slow. - Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 14157950, 6 years agoGreat extension, but for some reason my chat is showing up blank. I found a work around in the past, but I can't find it again...
- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 13272144, 6 years agoChat is not working for me on this, i don't know why... But apart from that it's amazing. F*ck the damn twitch ads trash.
- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 13359827, 6 years agoI absolutely LOVE this extension, must have for Twitch + it actually fixes the stuttering issue on Firefox making 60 fps streams buttery smooth at all times.
Only thing bothering me is that the extension is not Open Source and it requires permission for every websites. - Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 14059932, 6 years agoGreat app, gets rid of adverts. That being said, the chat hasn't worked at all since I've started (many months ago). The screen just stays white, can't see anything. Tried reinstalling etc.

- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 13957582, 6 years agoDoes anyone know which cookies I need to make an exception for to be able to have chat work? Chat works fine if I have cookies set to always accept, but I don't want it to always accept for every website.
Edit: Fixed the cookies thing.
How comes each time I try signing in on twitch chat it just automatically signs me out and asks me to re sign in ? what am i doing wrong here? - Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 13890159, 6 years agoHello,
Can we get in the future a option to scale the Video player Size?
at default the player is way to big for me.
Thank youDeveloper response
posted 6 years agoThe text size is normal, and the video size is big? It's strange. You can resize the browser window. - Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 13082336, 7 years agoThe stream plays without any problems, but the chat stays just a grey box with the twitch icon for me. That is really sad, because the chat is half the entertainment on twitch.
Edit: Figured it out, hat to add a third party exception for the twitch cookie. - Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 13343974, 7 years agoThe only issue I have with using this addon is that I can't use mouse gestures. I know it is a FF thing and not the addon itself but unfortunately it is a deal breaker for me ;(
- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 13664941, 7 years agoThe twitch chat won't show up. Instead I get a black screen with the twitch logo. This is odd because it works perfectly on Edge

- Rated 4 out of 5by Alexander , 7 years agoLatest version does not work with latest Waterfox as it assumes the version is incompatible. Luckily changing the User Agent works as a bypass, but it's suboptimal.
Other than that it works great, but I'd like an option to change the fadeout timer on the UI elements as it is a tiny bit too long for my taste.
