About this extension
Open in Basic Window adds a simple browser context-menu item for opening supported targets in a focused popup-style window.
Use it when you want the current link, media item, frame, page, or tab to open in a minimal separate window instead of a normal browser tab. Firefox builds also support bookmarks.
Supported contexts:
Firefox builds preserve the source tab's contextual identity when the clicked item is tied to a tab and Firefox exposes a container
The extension runs locally in your browser. It does not collect, store, transmit, sell, track, or analyze user data.
