- by Fawzley, a month agoRated 2 out of 5Software is confusing instructions are not clear. At one point was confused if 'removing' referred to Norton software or tracking cookies.
Also at one time Norton was a one time payment for protection. Now Norton nickel-dimes the customer over security ( and greed).
Been using Norton software since DOS days. That brand loyalty is running out.
As of late Norton is on thin ice an actively looking for alternatives.
- by ezymel, a month agoRated 2 out of 5Although I really like Norton, it is difficult to get around the web site. I find it rather confusing. It doesn't look like what it used to be. I don't know as maybe I am doing something wrong. I wish I could give it a good review because Norton has always been good. I am also finding it hard to contact Norton directly. Sorry, Norton but I am being honest.
