Nonstop Vimium C (PDF support) by Linus E

Makes Vimium C work in the PDF view on Firefox. Optionally a new tab page can be set too, so you never have to stop using vimium-c ever again! This add-on should work for Vimium too (but Vimium C is better anyways).

Known issues:
- vertical selection with j/k in visual mode in PDFs is currently not working (The issue is currently not fixable)
