About this extension
Local Reader Bridge lets you capture the current browser page after an explicit user action and send the captured content to a user-configured reader bridge endpoint.

The extension can capture the page title, URL, visible text, selected text, page metadata, headings, links, image alt text, form-control labels, table summaries, and structured-data summaries. It does not capture pages in the background and does not read browser cookies, passwords, or hidden browser profile data.
A cloud endpoint can be configured manually. Non-local endpoints require a bearer token.
The local bridge service must be installed and running separately.
By default, captures are sent to the local bridge service at
http://localhost:3010/capture.
