    First public release.
    • Switches a web app between German (de-DE) and English (en-US) with a keyboard shortcut (default Ctrl+Shift+Q).
    • Only runs on domains you add in the popup; wildcards like *.example.com are supported.
    • Shortcut can be changed in the popup.
    • Settings are stored locally in browser.storage; no data is collected or sent anywhere.
    • Fonts are bundled; the extension makes no network requests.
