About this extension
Save the page you're on, or any link, to your HrefKeep library with one click.
HrefKeep is an open-source place to keep links: notes, tags, collections, saved page copies and full-text search. It runs in your browser with no account, and it can sync through a secret gist on your own GitHub account.
This extension is the quick way in:
- Click the toolbar button, or press Alt+Shift+S, to save the current page.
- Right-click a page and choose "Save page to HrefKeep".
- Right-click a link and choose "Save link to HrefKeep".
It opens your HrefKeep with the link filled in. There you pick a collection, add tags and a note, and confirm. Nothing is saved until you confirm.
Open the extension's options to set where you use HrefKeep, for example https://gr33nops.github.io/hrefkeep/ or your own self-hosted copy.
The extension collects no data. It reads the current tab's address only when you click it, and it makes no network requests of its own.
