by iiibyrdiii, a year agoSwitched back to Firefox after nearly a decade of avoiding it. Finally hit the point of frustration from Chrome deleting my extensions for add blockers, even went into developer mode loading legacy extensions from old files and BAM two days later google disabled them and deleted the files that was my last straw.
uBlock is necessary anymore and well now I don't have to deal with forced adds.

- Rated 3 out of 5by Pathakin, 2 hours agoworks great on most websites, youtube often has some issues though, most commonly with ads displayed on the homepage. furthermore you need a github account to report errors, which i think isnt very good.

- uBlock Origin is honestly one of the best Firefox extensions. It works great, and YouTube ad blocking works perfectly for me.
I especially find the one-star reviews saying “YouTube ad blocker not working” funny, because I’m having the complete opposite experience. No annoying YouTube ads, and the extension just does its job.
