- Rated 4 out of 5by TheTwitcher, 2 years agoHas a very intuitive UI so it is easier to learn than uBlock Origin's medium mode. However, it can only allow or deny all scripts based on the server domain and cannot filter individual scripts.
- Rated 2 out of 5by USER-EXPERIENCEONLY, 2 years agoFreezes your page when using tor browser by sending you alerts that interrupt and freeze the crap tor browser. This is on by default. I think it misses DOS javascript hacker injections that wreak havoc on your connection and browser.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13420189, 2 years agoTotally broken since the last update, I switched from release to ESR because I couldn't find the issue why Firefox became unusable after a few hours getting slower and eating up resources like crazy. In ESR I still had the issue that refreshing a page resulted in a lot of pages displaying without CSS or JavaScript looking like they're comming from the 90s, after a few days.

- Rated 2 out of 5by HonestReviews, 2 years ago7-4-23 update: Since the so called "developers" at rotten onion ship this extension with their crappy browser, you would think they would make an add-on that doesn't freeze your tor browser, but alas it is not to be. Then their crap browser asks you to disable it to unfreeze the page?? what's up with that? Many pages will simply not work with this addon. Needs to be faster, not block page loads or freeze your ffox browser.

Freezes your system when reporting x-site and ID alerts. Unacceptable. Mozilla/tor connection to this review page is being interferred with/blocked had to reload twice. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 17868933, 2 years ago
- Rated 5 out of 5by Dark Vicky, 2 years agoThis extension does it all, protects privacy, ad block, and it even allows you to stop secret http connections.

- Rated 2 out of 5by TELLALL4ALL, 2 years agogood at blocking all intrusive site cracker/hacker/tracking/iding scripts.
Many pages will not allow it's use and will not load. It's x-scripting alerts frequently freeze your browser and/or laptop such that you can't respond to them and you have to terminate the browser and start over-a real PITA. Fix the x-script and other alert problem, it would then be much better. - Rated 5 out of 5by yoyo12, 2 years agoIt prevents scripts from running on the websites you visit which is really cool. However you would need to manually enable scripts on sites that you know are safe and want to use.
On average it will make sites load faster as many useless scripts (that track user activity and other things) will not run anymore. It is really cool to only allow what functionality you need from the sites you visit. - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 17819565, 2 years ago
- Rated 3 out of 5by Flash, 2 years agoUntil this latest upate, I'd have given it 5 stars. But the newest version is awful. It's broken so many websites. Disabling restrictions doesn't make them work either; I have to disable it completely on those sites.
Developer response
posted 2 years agoHello, latest version doesn't contain any change justifying these problems.
Probably you're hitting some pre-existing configuration-specific bug. Could you please report with more details at https://noscript.net/forum? Thanks!
