I didn't see any of that when I tried it. $30 for a lifetime license is acceptable but what recourse would you have if it breaks? You'd be out $30 (US) dollars and left with but a single option dispute the transaction with your credit card issuer. And I think there is a time limit after which you can't...

They've gotten a bit stingy as well by limiting how many you can download for free. I mean it's fine to have a premium version but would have been nice to know up front. Given it's so glitchy I'm not buying it.
