Everyone else throttles you ridiculously and/or is just plain super sketchballs. I would gladly have supplied 5 stars but there does seem to be an issue where every few days or week or so the extension says it's still installed but is nowhere to be found. Easy fix- I just uninstall it and reinstall again. I'm sure it's just a minor bug. Other than that- it's great!

The two major troubles stopping me from rating this app for five stars are:
1) It's not working in Firefox Private Browsing mode, just like Touch VPN (another great extension from the same developers). Please fix this. It is possible to enable VPN from the main Firefox window and then switch to Private mode, but in a Private window there's just a blank frame instead of the Connect button and other control elements.
2) I've got a bug causing inability to turn VPN on or off after adding a site to Auto protection or Bypass list while the page is still downloading. The only way to fix this trouble is to delete an extension from browser and reinstall it, which resets all user setting to default. I had to repeat this procedure a few times, tuning the extension again and again before I figured out what was causing the crash, wasted some precious time on it.
Nevertheless, I think Hotspot Shield is the best free VPN extension for Mozilla Firefox for the moment. It's granting a good speed and an ok ping and has no limits on amounts of transferred data, nice intuitive interface, is easy to use and easy to tune. I thank the developers for it and hope they will fix those bugs I mentioned.
My system is: Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 64-bit version 1809 build 17763.615, Firefox version 74.0 (64-bit), Hotspot Shield version 4.0.0
