Folderpane Tools

Rated 4 out of 5 stars

Using TB 15.01 [b/c the newer versions gave me problems]. I really appreciated this extension to rearrange my many email accts in TBird. However for the last <?> so-many versions of TBird (including 17x which I tried before reverting back to 15x) the column headings were not being saved, and I traced the problem to Folderpane Tools.

Ex: In the SENT folder I set to hide the "From" column and instead show the "Recipient" column. But every time I re-started TBird, the columns reverted to the default ...unless I disabled extensions, then the settings stuck.

Folderpane Tools 0.61 turned out to be the culprit. After I enabled it, I lost my saved column settings again. When I disabled the extension, my column settings stuck again.

I like the extension but will keep it disabled except for when I need to use it. Wish I knew enough to fix the code myself! If not for the bug I'd give it 5 stars. :)

Flexible Identity

Rated 4 out of 5 stars

Got it working by restarting TB after making a rule. It's a very nice Add On ... I only wish it filled the right identity into the Sender field as soon as I enter the recipient's address, instead of asking me upon Sending, requiring a click. But very nice!

Stylish - Custom themes for any website

Rated 3 out of 5 stars

I like the idea of this add-on and when I installed it in TBird it added nice styling to Noia Fox, but I must be doing something wrong because I cannot see how it works or how to use it to change a style or do anything for that matter. I do not get the sample screen shown above.

So I tried installing it in FF and same problem. If I go to extensions and click on Stylish, I get the intro screen asking for a donation, then if I click the Manage Styles button, I get an empty window that resembes the about:config window where I assume I am to build a style from scratch somehow.

So I went to the website to click on example FF styles (still really wanting it for TBird) and the link would not work.... (maybe have to try it from K-Meleon).

I'm stumped. :( But because it added the elements I happened to want to the Noia Fox theme in TBird, I gave it 3 stars. And if there was any indication how to use it, I'd give it 5, but I think the GUI is perhaps not displaying correctly or something ...?

UPDATE: Thanks to Jason for the quick response. That video helped.

Before I re-rate the program I am curious if a previous review (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/stylish/reviews/378084/ ) is correct that Stylish elements are not saved locally thereby allowing user's surfing to be tracked whenever a Stylish theme is used?

PONG! Multiplayer

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Great job!! Love this classic and you did a really nice job with the sound fx. Totally cool to be able to play by yourself or with a specific friend online. Pong is a relaxing way to spend a few minutes between tasks. Thanks!!
