New EVE version here: Bewertet mit 3 von 5 Sternen

Since this addon has not been updated for almost five years, I have released an EVE version. It has been enabled to install into newer versions of Firefox, though the addon itself has not been changed. You can find it here: http://forum.infas.net/viewtopic.php?f=36&t=65

What is EVE?

It's free and it works Bewertet mit 4 von 5 Sternen

Disregard previous negative reviews. It does work, you don't have to pay but you do have to register. I registered, I didn't pay, I tested it and I'm using it (Firefox 8.0.1 on Mac OS X Snow Leopard 10.6.8). Following a page I knew was updated daily, I got daily emails of the changes until I canceled following the page. Following a page to find out when a schedule is updated, I got an email this morning (New Years Day) when the copyright date was updated from 2011 to 2012. At $0.00, Follow That Page is definitely worth the money.

Less enthusiastic now, a few days later, after a Firefox upgrade. I'm still getting notices of changes, but the add-on is not compatible with the latest Firefox version, so any changes you want to make in your follow-that-page preferences have to be done on the follow-that-page website.

Worse than any update tracker I've seen Bewertet mit 1 von 5 Sternen

Pay for something this simple, that doesn't work as well as most of the update trackers that are free? NOPE NOT ME. Shucks it's been like two years since he was 'working' on this paid feature, if I ever want to pay for something like this, I want there to be better updates than say every three or four years...Kerplunk.

Great Add-on Bewertet mit 5 von 5 Sternen

I used it for tracking updates on some websites, I think it's the best thing out there, I like the idea of getting e-mails instead of having to check manualy.

Paid? That's insultive. But whatever.

Update Scanner is WAY better than this, even with all its glitches.
