Stopped Working Bewertet mit 2 von 5 Sternen
Since the last update, CC has stopped permanently blocking cookies for me.
It blocks them in a session, but as soon as the browser is restarted, the cookies are nolonger blocked.
It still protects selected cookies, which is something. I just wish Firefox had better cookie add-ons. Surprisingly they're all pretty poor.
Website Dependent Bewertet mit 2 von 5 Sternen
Been using this for a while and quite happy with it until it stopped working just recently.
The reason appears to be that the website www.getpersonas.com is down. So the addon is dependent on an external website to constantly supply the skin; it doesn't store them locally as you might expect. The result was that my Firefox window became white text on white and I had to return to the default skin to read my bookmarks etc.
I'm wondering if getpersonas.com stores IP data every time you start up Firefox, since it has to connect to that site to get the skin you're using. Why not store the skins locally? At least that way the addon can be used when the website is down.
Have reverted to a proper skin.

Quite a good idea but seems dependent on a connection to the getpersonas website for content: as of writing the website is down and suddenly my personas skin stops - I can barely read the text in my toolbars (white on white) and had to revert to the default persona (pale blue - maybe the default firefox skin).
You don't get that with a regualar skin - you're not dependent on some external website for it to work.
Why doesn't Personas store the data locally? Is it collecting data (IP address etc) every time Firefox fires up?
Not comfortable using it now and will revert to a regualr skin.
Arrogant Developers Bewertet mit 1 von 5 Sternen
I feel sure the 2.15 update will prove to be a good example of what not to do with a Firefox Addon.
It inserted several developer imposed sites into the Fast Dial bookmarks, altered the positioning of the user's bookmarks (to favour the developers') and most heinously changed the Firefox default search provider.
The arrogance is astounding - it's hard to believe that they think people would accept this.
As of now, I'm classifying Fast Dial as malware/crapware for altering my software without permission (search provider) and uninstalling it. I consider Telega peddlers of malware for their unauthorised alteration of my software.
Avoid (try the less well-featured, but also less offensive Speed Dial).

This previously decent software just got obnoxious: the update to 2.15 altered my site thumbnail order, inserted its own bookmark into those thumbnails and changed my default search provider in FF to its own site without my permission.
The arrogant developers can go **** themselves. Crapware to avoid.
