Click&Clean

Simply the Best !!! Bewertet mit 5 von 5 Sternen

Have been using Click&Clean for years and I just LOVE the integration with CCleaner and the removal of Adobe (trash/flash tracking) cookies.

I also insert a custom icon image into the profile/Click&Clean settings folder for this add-on because the Blue Toilet Paper Roll is slightly obnoxious to me.

I use this add-on constantly when want a fresh clean browser session.

Thanks! Thanks! Thanks!

Cookie Manager Button

Works Great with Firefox 4.08beta, so nice!! Bewertet mit 5 von 5 Sternen

Works perfect with Firefox 4.08 beta !! I am using the cookie_manager_button-1.0.1.5-fx.xpi version. Saves several clicks and opens the cookie window wherever you last opened it.

To use with later versions of firefox simply unzip ( I use 7-zip, the best...) and choose extract files. Open the newly created folder (same as xpi file name).

Open the 'install.rdf' file (using wordpad etc.) and change the max version entry: em:maxVersion="4.08".

Save the file and then rezip (add to archive in 7-zip) the contents (chrome folder, chrome.manifest file, install.rdf) in the folder that was created when you unzipped in earlier step.

Rename the "cookie_manager_button-1.0.1.5-fx.zip" created file to "cookie_manager_button-1.0.1.5-fx.xpi".

Now simply drag your newly modified "cookie_manager_button-1.0.1.5-fx.xpi" file from your folder onto any open tab in Mozilla Firefox and it will install and work just fine.

Note: You will probably have to select 'Customize Toolbar' and drag the Icon to the toolbar for easy access to the Cookie Manager button.

Important: If you want to change the default image (blue icon) to a chocolate chip cookie or whatever, then open the chrome folder inside of the parent folder "cookie_manager_button-1.0.1.5-fx" and unzip the 'cookiebutton.jar' file and then open the skin folder and replace the default image with the same size image of your choice.

Rezip the "skin and content" folders to create a new 'cookiebutton.zip' file. Next rename cookiebutton.zip to cookiebutton.jar. Then rezip the (chrome folder, chrome.manifest file, install.rdf) contents and rename the extension from .zip to .xpi and install as above by dragging the modified .xpi file onto an open firefox tab.

Enjoy,

zeppy

ChromaTabs Plus

How Sweet It Is... Bewertet mit 5 von 5 Sternen

Finally, I have a way to easily distinguish between multiple tabs by domain. (Note: I used to actually close tabs for the specific purpose of keeping track in my head as to which 'sites' belonged to which tabs and how many were open etc..)

/* see note below */

Tabs Open Relative is a 'must-have' for me to combine with this great Chromatabs Plus Addon.

The final result is that I can have multiple sites open with each sites tab being 'adjacent' to the other tabs based on domain. Visually all of the tabs are all brought together automatically by a smooth colorized scheme.

Chromatabs Plus along with Tabs open Relative has made it easier than ever to have multiple tabs from many sites open at once while never missing a beat or wasting time figuring out which tab is which and belongs to what site etc...

Eye Candy and Functionality makes my Mozilla happy...

Clear Private Data... +

Red Moving Mozilla Head Image Available.. Bewertet mit 5 von 5 Sternen

Two images are available to replace the default black lock icon.
The first is the Red Mozilla head profile. The second image appears
when you hover the mouse over the Red Mozilla head.
This hover image has the Red Mozilla head opening his mouth and
turning his head as if he is eating up all of the private data.

I used 7zip to view inside of the cpd.jar file located at this path:
C:\Documents and Settings\UserName\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\
j5vbuchh.default\extensions\{0dd39226-2650-404d-a43d-ffd906b35a9e}\chrome.

I used 7zip to open the blacklock.png default file in an outside viewer then edited
the 26x25 px file using gimp and saved it. 7zip asks you to confirm the modified
image in the cpd.jar archive which contains the folders and images that are part
of the Clear Private Data button extension.

If anyone is interested, I can email the modified cpd.jar file to them and they
can simply replace the original cpd.jar file with this one containing the two modified
(large Icons only) images.

It looks really cool in action and makes a perfect touch to see my Mozilla
dragon eating when you click on him to Clear Private Data.

Cookie Manager Button

Just What I Was Looking For ...! Bewertet mit 5 von 5 Sternen

Trinh,

Thank you very much for this straightforward
Cookie Manager Button addon.
This provides me quick and easy access to the Mozilla
Cookie Manager window to wipe out any rogue
cookies that got left hanging around until 2037 !

It would be so nice of you to be able to allow any
users the option to select his own image from his
hard drive for theme and color reasons.
Tiny Menu does for instance.

The default blue icon which you have included
is interesting. However I just had to change my
Cookie Manager Button image to a big chocolate
chip cookie image.

This chocolate chip cookie image is sitting to the left of
my Red Mozilla head icon and it makes him very happy.
He is always looking at the this cookie on my toolbar
and he gets hungry and wants to eat it ... My Red
Mozilla head is animated when you move the mouse
over him... Quite fun to watch him want his cookie.

A great and simple-to-use Addon !

See you at the poker tables...

Yet Another Smooth Scrolling

Soft, Silky, Smooth, Velvety.... Bewertet mit 5 von 5 Sternen

I use a G9 Logitech Mouse (infinite scrolling wheel).
I am able to have my Mozilla scroll his pages in an
almost sexual modality using your fantastic
YASS Smooth Scrolling Extension.

The Adjustable Settings that you provide via the
Mouse Wheel Tab section gets my Mozilla's
dopamine levels way up high, even to his head.

My Mouse Wheel Settings for the Blue Tab:
----------------------------------------
Stride Size of Scroll
120

Smoothness - Start of Move
0.00

Acceleration Sensitivity

kataho, thanks for giving the Mozilla Community such a pleasurable addon...

Close'n forget

Recapturing Privacy after Site Visits... Bewertet mit 5 von 5 Sternen

Thank You benoitb !

I have your extensions Close Button on my Toolbar
just to the right of my Location Bar and use it
to close all Open Tabs with few exceptions.

I especially enjoy the options of allowing me to
choose to 'keep' my session history of 'sites' that
I have visited in my recent history but killing the
sites tracking cookies when I close that site.

Websites Track and Share Cookies via huge networks
to deliver 'targeted advertising' so they claim.
This is just fine within one site/domain to target
clicks and ads as cookies used this way ARE valuable
for click information, content, and shopping carts
logins and more...

However Close'n forget puts some history privacy
back in the hands of the average user and
stops the perverse desires to Profile, Track, Store
& then TARGET millions of users per second
long after they have left the site or domain !

To gain the Full Benefits of Close'n forget, it would be
advisable to "uncheck the box" to NOT ACCEPT
ANY third-party cookies via Tools/Options/Privacy Tab.

With Close'n forget Addon and no third-party cookies
allowed it is now possible to eliminate upwards of 99%
of all websites attempts from loading millions of megabytes
per second on millions of unsuspecting users hard drives.

There are still a few websites that will manage to get
cookies past the above protection and then track users
up to the year 2037 as they visit completely unrelated sites.

These 1% rogue cookies will be removed when
you restart firefox providing you have Cookies
to be kept only 'until I close Firefox' in Mozilla's
Tools/Options/Privacy Tab setting.

Many users enjoy combining the 'Cookie Manager Button'
extension to the Toolbar ( I have replaced the blue
button image for the Cookie Manager Button with a better one).

Now you can simply make one click and can view any
rogue cookies that got forced through using domain
spoofing techniques and then Delete them right
there in the Cookie Manager with one click.

Long Live Mozilla...

Yahoo! Toolbar

Bewertet mit 1 von 5 Sternen

It is easy to hate large corporations who view real human people as simpletons, ignorant and unwashed masses.

They deny the abilities of the individual and seek to have us conform to their 'world view' , a mold that enriches their bank accounts while depleting the individual of PRIVACY and FREEDOM. Yahoo just like Google has gone down the path of taking privacy and freedom away from people in the name of providing services and features which do not serve the common man but rather enslave them.

Let open minded people resist by choosing alternatives to mainstream propaganda, and where we do choose mainstream offerings, let us make sure that we keep our money in our pockets ie (they get NONE of it..) and keep our privacy by giving these charleton snakes false or misleading information. This will render their attempts to enslave us and limit our choices and freedoms. These mega corporations wishing to enrich themselves and their greedy shareholders will instead find their funds going down a black hole and then they will attempt to legislate into law that which they could not trick people into accepting via the free-market model.

Long live privacy and freedom of choice.
