Why did you make it work with a Chrome toolbar button?
Major oversight on your part. When we're on YouTube we want to download the files, not when we're everywhere else.
It also looks like branding on the UI of our browser.
In addition to that the addon isn't very nice, appealing, or intuitive. It performs its job but that is all it has going for it.
An example of something you could do to improve the addon is to take an example from the other two major YouTube downloader addons out there and put the entirety of the functionality calls in to a drop down box in the markup of our YouTube pages.
There was also a slight problem with downloading. If I wanted to check the progress or alter the settings for the download, I had to click on the button, but clicking on the button is also the same way to start the download after the first time.
I realized that you can right click to bypass this, but that isn't a very intuitive approach to this at all.
The information is also very nondescript and painful when the solution should be as simple as "I want x audio", "I want x video", or "I want both x audio and x video".
This doesn't merit the redundancy of having multiple drop down boxes for the different video resolutions and audio types.
Again, you really need to take a page from the other major addons and rewrite the interface.
