Workflow01 is a lightweight single-window workspace manager for Firefox.

Instead of spreading different projects across multiple browser windows, Workflow01 lets you organize tabs into named workspaces and switch between them inside the same Firefox window. Tabs are never closed or reloaded — they are hidden and restored instantly.

It is built for people who context-switch often: work projects, research, admin consoles, documentation, dashboards, school, personal browsing, or anything else that turns into tab chaos.

• Click the Workflow01 toolbar button or press Ctrl+Shift+Y / Cmd+Shift+Y.
• Click + to create a workspace. Your current tabs become that workspace.
• Open tabs normally. Workflow01 tracks them automatically.
• Click another workspace to switch. Your tabs are hidden and the new workspace tabs appear.
• Right-click any tab and choose Move Tab to Workspace to send it where it belongs.
• Click ✎ on a workspace row to rename it inline.
• Click 🌙 on a workspace row to enable hibernation — hidden tabs in that workspace are discarded to free memory and reload when you switch back.

Workflow01 stores all data locally in Firefox extension storage. It does not collect, transmit, sell, or share your browsing data. There are no analytics, no tracking, no accounts, and no external service calls of any kind.

• tabs — required to read tab URLs and manage which tabs are visible per workspace.
• tabHide — required to hide and show tabs when switching workspaces without closing them.
• storage — required to save workspace data locally on your device.
• sessions — required to store each tab's workspace assignment so it survives Firefox restart and session restore.
• menus — required to add the Move Tab to Workspace option to the browser tab right-click menu.
