This is a great service - I use the PRO version now and highly recommend it. I had a few problems setting up, and all of my e-mails were answered within a few hours. Seems like they are committed to making this service the best it can be.

To fix "only 8-digit code" bug, in Vista, go to (it should look something like that):
C:\Users\YourUser\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\abrakadabra.default\extensions\contact@whos.amung.us\chrome\content and open "options.xul" file with Notepad or something similar to it. And Replace all 8's to 12's.
Don't know about XP, but this file (options.xul) should be somewhere there too (try to use search).

It needs to be updated. It will probably grow beyond 11 characters also.

This on of the most useful extensions that i use.
With this extension i can easily monitor my site activity and, more, can immediately detect errors!
If you visitors count drops to zero - go and check you server! Saves a lot time for me!
