WHAT IT COLLECTS

The extension collects data on these four sites only:

chatgpt.com, claude.ai, gemini.google.com, perplexity.ai

On those sites, and nowhere else, it collects:

• Prompt and response text exchanged with the AI assistant.
• The account email address or account identifier for your session on that site,
  read from the site's own application data.

The extension does not run on, read, or collect anything from any other website.
It does not collect browsing history, cookies, passwords, or form data.

HOW DATA LEAVES THE EXTENSION

The extension has no permission to contact any remote server. Its sole network
destination is http://127.0.0.1:57343, the SuperAlign Surface agent installed on
the same computer. This is enforced by the browser through the extension's
declared host permissions.

The Surface agent forwards the data to the SuperAlign Surface deployment operated
by or on behalf of the organisation that installed it.

WHO CONTROLS THIS DATA

The extension is deployed by organisations for their own workforce. As described
in the SuperAlign Privacy Policy, the organisation is the controller of this data
and determines retention and access; SuperAlign acts as processor on their
instructions. Employees should direct access or deletion requests to their
employer's IT or security team.
