SnapsNote stores the link or note you choose to save, along with any tag you add, in your SnapsNote account.

What this extension sends: when you click Save, it sends the URL and title of the current tab (or the note you typed) and your chosen tag to snapsnote.app, authenticated with an API token issued to your account.

What it does not do: it does not track your browsing, read pages you don't save, or send anything anywhere else. It has no analytics and no third-party scripts.

Stored locally: your API token and cached tag names, in extension storage. Signing out removes them.

You can export or permanently delete everything from Settings at any time.
