von pugslyyy, vor 7 Jahrenvery nice. I use this in whitelist mode, stripping redirects unless I run into a problem.

I thought oh it's a linux issue on my old machine, but got a mac and fresh install of firefox and still had issues, put it in safe mode still had issues, figured okay its got to be an extension. Disabled one by one and found out this extension was causing issues with anything Microsoft.

Teams/Outlook/etc any links you open from there go through a nam11.safelinks.protection "safe link check" and since anything I have opens by default in Firefox then this extension would also prevent any links from opening, you would have to copy and paste.

Do NOT install if you use any Microsoft products unless this is updated, but at this point not worth the risk of issues with other pages - Bewertet mit 5 von 5 Sternenvon Bill the Cat, vor 2 MonatenSince installing this add-on, I no longer see a redirect to google when I click on links in my google email messages. I have need to manually add exceptions to the the No-skip-urls-list such as this one for paypal: "^h...s://.*\.paypal.com/.*$" (sans quotes). Very rarely I have to temporarily turn it off for odd or one-off sites that need to redirect.

It has a secondary effect of making any case of a redirect url load the destination page instantly, since there is no request made nor waiting for the request to return a response before the typical redirect would happen.
It even bypasses link filter pages that are opened by Steam for example. It has additional options too for the more advanced users out there.
The only problem is that it often breaks reverse image searching services by directing you to the URL you input, but it's probably not hard to just add some filters to whitelist those instances, I just suck at regex. - Bewertet mit 5 von 5 Sternenvon Tekno_Geko, vor 2 Jahren
