Highlight selected text quickly on any page without asking for broad site permissions. Click the toolbar button, pick a color, then apply the highlight to your current selection; highlights can be removed. The extension injects a small content script only when needed, stores your preferred color, and uses only the activeTab and storage permissions to minimize risk and avoid always-on access. The user interface is simple and accessible: a compact popup for fast actions and an options page for saving a default color.
