Research Table Exporter von sgagestudio

Research Table Exporter is a privacy-first utility for researchers, developers and analysts who regularly move tabular information from the web into notes, spreadsheets or AI workflows.

Version 0.1 detects visible native HTML tables and common accessible ARIA table/grid structures, preserves hyperlinks when copying Markdown, downloads CSV locally, and records the source URL in Markdown.

Everything is processed locally in the browser. No page data, analytics, telemetry or identifiers are transmitted anywhere.

The extension requests active-tab access instead of permanent access to every website and only inspects a page after the user explicitly opens it.

Known limitation: virtualized or paginated tables whose rows are not currently present in the page DOM are intentionally out of scope for this first version.
