New Features
Auto-annotate option: Automatically annotate pages when they load — configurable in Settings.
Context menu toggle: Right-click anywhere on a page to toggle pinyin annotations.
Tab status detection: The popup now detects when a page needs to be refreshed (e.g. after installing the extension) or when the extension cannot run on a restricted page, and shows a clear message with a Refresh button.

Bug Fixes
Race condition on toggle: Fixed an issue where toggling annotation while it was still in progress could leave the page in a partially annotated state.
Firefox text extraction: Worked around Firefox bug 1976237 affecting text node extraction.
