    Hi and thanks for using my addon!

    What the add-on does is simply to load the URL web.whatsapp.com into a pinned tab. Everything else is the same as a normal Firefox tab.
    That behavior is from Firefox/WhatsApp itself and not from my addon.

    I used this app for several months and thought it was fantastic on my PC running windows. Unfortunately the latest update prevented the screen from loading--now it just says I need to authorize with my phone, but instead of showing the box that my phone can capture, I get a spinning circle that never completes...everything else on Firefox is working okay, so I don't think it's Mozilla. I'll try a few more times to see if I can get online again--if I can, I'll come back and return my rating to five stars. :-)

    I didn't update the addon, you can see the version history: https://addons.mozilla.org/es/firefox/addon/pinned-tab-for-whatsapp-web/versions/

    What the add-on does is simply to load the URL web.whatsapp.com into a pinned tab. Everything else is the same as a normal Firefox tab.

    If you try to load that URL in a normal Firefox tab and loads fine, then the add-on should work fine. If it doesn't load in Firefox, then you should have some problems with Firefox itself. Please, let me know (alejandrosbrizuela[at]gmail.com).
    I would recommend to delete cookies and cache for the site.

    Unfortunately, does not work for me Alejandro. I see a whatsapp window showing how to connect with my device and QR code. There is a spinner that does not stop to run forever until my mac really heats... Can you help me? I would love to use your add-on :-)
    (I use your Gmail add-on and it works. But not the whatsapp one)

    Works great!

    Would be perfect if there was the option to add ''Dual Whatsapp'' like on the phone.
    I use 2 SIM Cards and have Whatsapp duplicated on my smartphone, but I couldn't find a solution for desktop yet.
