Nice Spy Small von joenino

For whatever reason, my screen blows up all Persona's to twice the intended size. This is my attempt to make my original Persona - "No more Mr. Nice Spy" - available in its proper size on my screen...and for anyone else who has this same problem but wants to use this Chuck skin.
