@Rod_ The version from the link you provided works fine with FF3.6, although it installs 2 items, the theme and a "Naver Setting" extension and since I can't read Korean I have no idea what the hell it says next to the three checkboxes.
I've used Naver longer than any other theme. The green is perfect for me, and I like the differentiation between the tabs and the address bar. The folder icons are great and the whole theme feels unobtrusive. It lacks an interesting icon for bookmarked web pages that don't have their own icon; that is its only drawback in my eyes. I haven't had any interference with the maker of this theme. The reviewer above, Seongjun, is right about this addon turning the default Strata theme's nav buttons green. But who uses the standard theme? :P If I could uninstall the default theme, I would.
I can't understand why there are so many good review on this. There was an error in installing and there just happened irreversible changes in my Firefox theme turning green. Now there is no way to return to the original Firefox theme because I cannot even get rid of the naver add-on which does not appear.
Okay, for those of you not "in the know": Naver is a Korean portal site company, much like Yahoo - and they made this theme to promote themselves. The reason for the green theme is because their corporate color is green - so the chances of them making this theme in other color is basically zero.
That said, it is a neat little theme. I hate the company, but you gotta admit... thi theme is pretty sweet.
This is easily the best Firefox 3 theme! That said, any way we could get an option to change colors? I'd love a nice deep red or even blue. Don't get me wrong the green is awesome, but it would be great to have the option to switch colors too! Thanks a million!
Muy bueno, espectacular, simple, limpio, pero el verde de las pestañas es muy brillante y desconcentra la lectura del contenido. Además, no hay ningún icono para "nueva pestaña". Lo demás, todo perfecto. Gran trabajo.
