Click once and the posting is captured: title, company, location, salary if it's
posted, and the full description. JobAssay reads the structured data most job
boards publish, so it keeps working when sites change their layout. On the few
boards that hide it, there's a site-specific reader — and if all else fails, a

Before you spend an hour on an application, see how your resume actually
measures up. You get a score out of 100, a breakdown across skills, experience,
domain and stated must-haves, and the specific requirements you haven't
evidenced — each marked as either a wording problem or a real gap. It quotes the
posting, so you can check its work.

It's an estimate from comparing two documents. It can't know your full
background, it won't tell you you're unqualified, and if a posting is too short
to judge fairly it refuses to score it rather than inventing a number.

COMPANY SNAPSHOT (PRO)
What the posting itself declares, our own read on the posting — reposted roles,
listings open for months, thin boilerplate, phrasing worth asking about — and a
short summary of recent news with sources. No employee-review or salary-
aggregation sites.

PRIVACY
Your resume is read in your browser; the file is never uploaded. By default we
don't store it at all — the text is sent with a single Fit Score request and
discarded. JobAssay reads a page only when you ask it to save that page, and
never requests access to your browsing history.
