Tracker page superpowers — Your /myhiringcafe/tracker page now gets the full HiringCafe+ treatment across Saved, Applied, and every other pipeline stage:
- LinkedIn / Indeed cross-check badges, company ratings, ATS badges, company intel chips, and job signals on every tracked card
- Views · saves · applications counts on each tracker card — refreshed live from HiringCafe, not frozen at the moment you saved the job
- Notes, report, and quick-action buttons, right on the card

Recent-layoffs flag — Know before you apply:
- A 📉 layoffs badge appears on jobs from companies with layoffs in the past 12 months; hover it for the full picture (rounds, headcount, % of workforce, and what happened)
- Optional filter to hide them: toggle 📉 Recent layoffs in the on-page ⚙ Filters, or use a layoffs rule in custom filters
- Data stays fresh automatically: a curated set of major employers plus a daily-updated layoffs feed covering hundreds more companies
- Turn the badge on/off under Job signals in the popup

🛠 Improvements & fixes

• Infinite-scroll cards now show real view/save/application numbers instead of zeros
• Better job matching for companies whose legal name differs from their display name (e.g. "Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc." vs "Amazon")
• Layoffs feed refresh is now self-healing — it no longer depends on Chrome firing startup events
• "Clear check cache" now also clears cached engagement counts
