Focus Guard — Study Mode von mosasdiqdev

Focus Guard helps you stay on task in the browser by combining two independent tools:

Adult content blocking — network-level blocking of known adult-content domains using Firefox's declarativeNetRequest API, built from a community-maintained blocklist (~74,000 domains). Optional layers add sponsored adult TLD blocking (.xxx, .porn, .adult, .sex), forced SafeSearch/Restricted Mode on major search engines, and opt-in self-labeling detection (RTA tag) for sites too new to be listed yet.

YouTube Study Mode — lock video playback to a channel allow-list you control, with Shorts disabled. Search and browsing still work normally; only playback outside your list is blocked.

This is a self-control tool, not a lock — it can be bypassed by a technical user disabling the extension. For stronger enforcement, pair it with a router- or DNS-level filter.
