Please bring it back. Bewertet mit 5 von 5 Sternen

If I had the skill to maintain FireBug myself I would. I hope someone picks it up. It was the be Developer Tool out there. Without it I no longer have a reason to use Firefox.

RIP FIREBUG Bewertet mit 5 von 5 Sternen

Bring back the old firebug Bewertet mit 1 von 5 Sternen

Well i don't know whats happened but the last update for firebug is an absolute train wreck. You have ruined the best web developer console i ever knew.I'm even considering switching browsers because of this. Please give us a route back to the old firebug!

Those silly Mozilla nerds don't wanna hear.... Bewertet mit 1 von 5 Sternen

What the hell you did to the good old firebug??? Your hermit of firebug is a big lousy grap! Instead of ruin all the good things you should start to care about all your users!!! In the past you requested all the users to post some ideas for the developer tools. And now? Is this your quintessence??? I can tell ya... you did not implement one of the great ideas from the community!!! You are really stupid and you drive all the people to use Chrome instead of FF.
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.....

Make Firebug Great Again Bewertet mit 1 von 5 Sternen

New Version is shit.

I am looking for an opposite word for "progress" and "Innovation" so I can describe my feelings about the new version....

I work intensively on web applications too and all the usability FireBug had is gone now.
Most in-line actions were click-and-play but now, most actions are two or three clicks away... :( :( :( :(

Actually, I don't even know how to begin to describe the things I don't like...

:( :( :( :(

Disaster Bewertet mit 1 von 5 Sternen

I work intensively on web applications. Right in the middle of the work day I let Firefox update itself to v50, as normally there is no impact. Firebug became 'integrated' but also became significantly different. The simplest things such as showing AJAX response in HTML was gone.

Why would anyone ever slip such a significant change in without any kind of recourse? I googled about people not being able to run the old plugin on V50 and had to suddenly scramble to revert to v49 as fast as I could, since my productivity was suddenly destroyed. I've now lost ALL faith in Firefox auto updates - because yes, they might drop a bomb which will render FF suddenly strange and foreign right in the middle of the work day, amidst deadlines and milestones.

Someone must understand that people use this Firefox and Firebug for development and work. Mandatory changes that remove critical function and familiarity can be catastrophic. I guess I'll now be on v49 forever. Terrible experience!!!

Although - I love love the old plugin version of Firebug, and couldn't work as fast without it!

What happened? Bewertet mit 1 von 5 Sternen

Used to be a great plugin, now it's not so much. Why do people update things that work perfectly fine and 99% of the time they end up being worse?

bye firefox Bewertet mit 1 von 5 Sternen

It was the best plugin. The only reason I am still using firefox is because of firebug. since your ruined the only valuable plugin, i guess it is time to shift to Chrome which has much bigger market share, why bothering developing in firefox anymore
