Fire Assaying Automation is a productivity tool designed specifically for gold hallmarking centers and assaying laboratories in India. The extension automates the tedious, repetitive, and error-prone process of manual data entry on the official Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) Manak Online and DC Services portals.

By importing gold assay testing reports directly from Excel files, the extension intelligently maps jobs, selects the corresponding lot numbers, fills weights (sample, button, and strip weights), and guides the user through the multi-page submission process, saving hours of manual labor daily.

Excel Integration (.xlsx Parser): Upload your laboratory fire assay reports directly. The extension automatically reads job numbers, parent/child relationships, and weight records.
Automatic Lot Matching: Intelligently searches and matches job numbers with their corresponding lot dropdown selections on the active page, handling suffix variations (e.g., JobNo_1, JobNo_2) automatically.
Smart Multi-Field Filling: Populates complex assaying formulas and parameters instantly:

Initial strip weights, Silver, Copper, and Lead additions for both assay samples (M11, M12) and check gold samples.

How to Use
Open the Manak Online or DC Services fire assay testing page in your browser.
Click the Fire Assaying Automation extension icon to open the side control panel.
Upload your assay testing report Excel sheet (.xlsx format).
Verify the list of jobs mapped by the extension.
Click Start Automation to begin. The extension will locate the lot number, enter all weights, and navigate the form pages automatically.
