Email Archive Studio turns user-selected email files into a private local workspace. Open EML, genuine Outlook MSG and MBOX files, search subject, sender and body text, inspect message metadata and attachment names, and preview sanitized email content without uploading the mail.

Free Basic includes full parsing quality, browsing, search, one-message PDF export and one-attachment download. Complete multi-message archives, combined PDF, batch attachments, advanced filters and evidence mode are Pro workflows. Existing owners can explicitly choose Restore Pro from Epanova account. Only then does Firefox request optional Epanova account access to verify the exact product entitlement and two-device limit. Account verification never includes email content.

The extension reads only files or folders you explicitly choose. It cannot scan the disk in the background and never edits, renames, moves, deletes or recycles source files. It has no ads, analytics, content scripts or required browser/host permissions.
