Collecta Browser Extension — Privacy

The Collecta extension lets you save content to your Collecta account.

WHAT IT COLLECTS AND TRANSMITS
- Saved content (websiteContent): when you explicitly save an image, link, or
selected text, that content and the source page URL are sent to your Collecta
account at collecta.space. The extension only acts on content you choose to
save — it does not read, monitor, or transmit your general browsing.
- Error diagnostics (technicalAndInteraction, optional): if enabled, technical
error reports (error details, extension version, browser name/version) are
sent to our error-monitoring provider (Sentry) to help us fix bugs. You can
turn this off in Firefox's add-on settings; when off, nothing is sent.

WHAT IT DOES NOT COLLECT
Browsing history, location, search terms, keystrokes, form data, or anything
you don't explicitly save.

The extension authenticates using your existing collecta.space session and does
not store your password.
